KOLABORASI DALAM SOSIALISASI PROGRAM GENERASI BERENCANA PADA PELAKSANAAN PENDEWASAAN UMUR PERNIKAHAN

Abstract

The problem of young people in Indonesia today is very concerning, one of which is early marriage. BKKBN issued Generation Planning Program which is responsible for dealing with cases. The GENRE program aims to overcome early marriage, it needs to be well socialized, needs cooperation/collaboration from various responsible stakeholders. The purpose of this study was to analyze the collaboration of stakeholders in optimizing the socialization of the planned generation program on the implementation of maturing age at marriage. The research method used is a literature review research method. The results of the research based on the theory of Anshell and Gash (2007) that the success of stakeholder collaboration is influenced by good meetings or communication, building trust, mutual commitment, mutual understanding, and achievement of results. It states that collaboration on early prevention in Bengkulu Province involves collaboration between BKKBN, Dinas Children's Empowerment and Protection, as well as the Health Office have not run optimally because teenagers as the target of this program do not know the contents of the program due to lack of socialization and the community is not involved in this program. So that the number of early marriages in Bengkulu has not shown a decrease in cases.
