The relatively good quality of human resources, especially in Kabupaten Sleman, should be accompanied by a relatively high level of labor income. The quality of human development in this province ranks top nationally, but the wages/income of the working population in this province are still relatively low. This study uses primary data obtained by interviewing all residents in one of the areas in Tambak Bayan, Catur Tunggal, Depok, Sleman. This area is classified as a fairly elite area, but the working population in this area does not all have incomes that are included in the high category. The working population in this area is still dominated by residents with low and medium income levels. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of the socio-demographic characteristics and income of the working population in the area and to identify the influence of socio-demographic variables on workers' income. The analysis method used was descriptive analysis with cross tabulation and chi-square test. The findings of this study include the relationship between the variables of education, training and working hours to workers' income.

Keyword: sociodemographic, wage, working population

2024-11-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Hening Januar Oktalia, Sri Rum Giyarsih, Sri Rahayu Budiani, Djaka Marwasta https://journal.sragenkab.go.id/index.php/sukowati/article/view/497 Disparity And Convergence Of Per Capita Income In The Kedungsepur Area 2024-09-23T14:38:48+07:00 Nashif Satria Ramadhan nashiframadhan@gmail.com Siskarossa Ika Oktora siskarossa@stis.ac.id
Abstract. Kedungsepur is an area designated as the primary center of economic growth in Central Java, thus becoming the region with the highest total Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) among its regencies and cities. However, this achievement is not accompanied by equitable income distribution among its constituent regencies and municipalities. This study aims to examine the disparities and analyze the existence of per capita income convergence and its influencing factors in Kedungsepur from 2017 to 2022. Descriptive analysis found that income disparities in Kedungsepur have escalated over the past six years. Furthermore, there has been a transition to a better economic pattern in some areas, namely Kendal Regency and Grobogan Regency. The level of dispersion of GRDP per capita among regencies/municipalities has also increased, thereby disproving the occurrence of sigma convergence. Based on the results of modeling with dynamic panel regression FD-GMM,, it is concluded that absolute and conditional beta convergence is occurring in Kedungsepur. Significant variables affecting GRDP per capita include TPT, RLS, PAD, and population size, while the percentage of roads in good condition does not exhibit a significant impact on GRDP per capita. Therefore, local governments can optimize sources of regional revenue, enhance employment opportunities and the quality of education, as well as effectively manage population growth.

Keyword: income disparities, convergence, dynamic panel, FD-GMM, Kedungsepur

2024-11-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Nashif Satria Ramadhan, Siskarossa Ika Oktora https://journal.sragenkab.go.id/index.php/sukowati/article/view/489 Factors Influencing The Status Of Food Invocious Households In Pekanbaru City 2024-09-23T13:29:26+07:00 Purwati Purwati putysubagya@gmail.com Afriyanni afriyannisubhan@gmail.com Agusyani agusyani2266@gmail.com Lina Agustina Pujiwati linamilenia@bps.go.id Ahmad Rifai ahmad.rifai@lecturer.unri.ac.id Gevisioner irgevisioner@gmail.com Siska Sonia Ningsih siskasonianingsih@gmail.com
Abstract: Household food security is an important part of shaping regional food security. This study aims to determine the factors that influence food insecurity at the household level in Pekanbaru City using Susenas data from March 2022. Descriptive statistical analysis to describe household characteristics and multinomial logistic regression analysis to analyze the influence of household characteristics variables on household food insecurity status in Pekanbaru City. The level of household food security using the Food Insecurity Experience Scale (FIES), a global indicator that has not been widely explored in previous studies. The results of this study indicate that savings ownership, food expenditure share, protein consumption level, education level, poverty, access to credit, gender and age group and BPNT have an effect on the level of household food insecurity in Pekanbaru City. This study recommends that local governments can optimize intervention policies for food insecure households by focusing on certain characteristics, such as female household heads, ever-married status, not receiving BPNT, no savings, poor, and lacking Protein Consumption Level (TKP) and Energy Consumption Level (TKE), through a comprehensive approach that includes increasing knowledge, education, improving economic capabilities, and expanding social assistance services.

Keywords: household food security, Food Insecurity Experience Scale, multinomial logistics

2024-11-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Purwati Purwati, Afriyanni, Agusyani, Lina Agustina Pujiwati, Ahmad Rifai, Gevisioner, Siska Sonia Ningsih https://journal.sragenkab.go.id/index.php/sukowati/article/view/493 The Threat Of Farmers' Crisis In Indonesia Based On The Results Of The 2023 Agricultural Census 2024-10-16T10:19:30+07:00 Rillando Maranansha Noor rillando@bps.go.id Endan Suwandana dummy@gmail.com
Abstract. Indonesia’s growing population creates high demand for food production and agricultural labor. Research shows a worrying trend: the number of farmers is declining, as the number of farmers ages and there is a lack of younger replacements. The study analyzed data from the 2023 Agricultural Census, which showed that almost 40% of farmers are over 55 years old, while millennials (aged 19-39) only make up 21%. The number of Individual Farming Enterprises (UTP) has decreased from 31.70 million in 2013 to 29.34 million in 2023. To ensure sustainable food security, the government needs to implement policies that attract young people to enter the agricultural sector. This could include measures such as income stability, infrastructure improvements, and import regulations that protect farmers’ livelihoods. Encouraging a new generation of “millennial farmers” is critical to Indonesia’s future food security.

Keywords: Agriculture Census, Agriculture Workforce, Farmer Aging, Millennial Farmers, Regeneration Farmer
2024-11-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Rillando Maranansha Noor https://journal.sragenkab.go.id/index.php/sukowati/article/view/482 Equitable Regional Development: Assessment Of The Spatial Structural Plan Of West Kotawaringin District 2024-09-09T08:13:17+07:00 Auza Ghifary ghifaryauza23@gmail.com
Abstract. The equitable development of the entire region is essential for achieving fair and uniform well-being in the community. This research aims to identify regional development inequality and assess the suitability of the spatial structure plan in the Spatial Planning of Kotawaringin Barat Regency. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing scalogram analysis, Marshall centrality index, and regional interaction analysis. Suitability and evaluation are conducted by comparing the analysis results with the spatial structure plan outlined in the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) of Kotawaringin Barat Regency. The research findings indicate that: 1) Arut Selatan Sub-district is classified as the order I, serving as the primary urban service center in Kotawaringin Barat Regency with the highest value; 2) there is an unequal distribution of population and facilities across sub-districts, evidenced by the absence of sub-districts meeting order II and III criteria; 3) there is a discrepancy in determining the hierarchy of service center in the spatial structure plan of the RTRW Kotawaringin Barat Regency. Recommendations for the Regency government are to reevaluate the spatial structure plan in the RTRW and improve the distribution of service facilities across the entire region of Kotawaringin Barat Regency.

Keyword: centrality index, city center, regional interactions, scalogram, spatial planning.

2024-11-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Auza Ghifary https://journal.sragenkab.go.id/index.php/sukowati/article/view/492 Sambas Regency Leading Economic Sector Measurement: Klassen Typology And Shift-Share Analysis 2024-11-03T13:57:37+07:00 Nufi Alabshar kakarot_aal@yahoo.com Nugra Liantin dummy@gmail.com
Abstract.
